Engineered
Wood Flooring

Engineered wood flooring is real wood flooring and is a versatile alternative to solid wood flooring. When compared to solid wood flooring, it is less susceptible to expansion and contraction due to changes in temperature and humidity. Its multiple wood layers make it very stable and durable. Engineered wood flooring comes in a wide variety of wood species, stains, textures, plank sizes and surface treatments. Each top layer is meticulously hand-sculpted by skilled craftsmen, which add to the charm and uniqueness of the floor surface.

Hardwood Layer

The top layer is made of solid wood and gives the natural appearance and comfort of a solid wood floor. The finishing coat comprises of UV lacquer and/or oil finishing.

Coating

UV Lacquer +A03
The varnished floor is fully protected against scratches and is easy to maintain and clean.

UV Oil Finish
The oil finished floor is exceptionally original and stylish, velvety to the touch and hypoallergenic.

Plywood Core

At least five plies of plywood are used for the construction of the core for optimum strength and durability. Each ply is laid cross-grain to each other and bonded together with strong resins. This results in a far stronger core compared to that of a single solid piece of wood, thus preventing warping or buckling.

Base Layer

The base layer provides extra stability, giving a strong foundation to the floor.
